I use this seasoning for cooking rice. It imparts a delicious shiitake flavor!
This is my favorite Oomph blend! We keep it in our spice rack and regularly grab it for a quick delicious flavor addition to just about anything -- soup, stir fry, sauces, etc. The blend is well balanced and not overly mushroomy. I love that these packets of flavor power can be used for so many different foods! (And they make great holiday gifts.)

This blend is a special one, the mushrooms are really delicious. It is the one we use in our meatballs that makes everyone ask for the recipe. Also really great in omelets and we make it up into a spread for our sandwiches.
