Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping: Our goal is to delight our customers, and to provide excellent customer service. We package our products with care and track all shipments. We hope that they arrive in perfect condition at your door, sometimes things happen. If you have had an issue with a shipment, please provide the following information; invoice or receipt number, date you experienced the concern, your shipping address and phone number, please take photos if possible and send us an email with the details at christine@oomphcooking.com. We can issue a refund for damaged or defective products within 30 days

Returns: We cannot offer refunds for reasons other than damaged or defective products. If Oomph is not to your liking, please let us know!
